Terms of Service
Please review these terms carefully before using RealNonVoIPUSNumber and its services.
Important Information
These Terms explain the rules that apply when you create an account, purchase services, use our dashboard, use our API, or otherwise interact with RealNonVoIPUSNumber.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
- Services must be used only for lawful and permitted purposes.
- Orders, balances, and API usage are subject to platform rules and limits.
- We may restrict access when necessary to protect the platform, users, or providers.
- Refunds and eligible credits are handled according to the Refund Policy.
Use the platform lawfully and do not abuse services, providers, or infrastructure.
These Terms work together with the Privacy, Cookies, and Refund Policies.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting the website, creating an account, accessing the dashboard, placing verification orders, funding a wallet, or using the Merchant API, you agree to these Terms and the referenced policies (Privacy, Cookies, and Refund), to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or use paid platform features.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction. Registration requires a unique email address and a username. Email addresses must remain unique. Usernames are not unique: up to ten accounts may share the same normalized username.
Provide accurate registration information and keep contact details reasonably current so we can deliver service notices and support responses.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for protecting:
- Your password and login credentials
- API keys and webhook signing secrets
- Access to devices where you remain signed in
Use strong credentials, do not share secrets unnecessarily, and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. Never email passwords or full API secrets to support—revoke or rotate compromised API keys in the dashboard when needed.
4. Services and Orders
Through the catalog and dashboard you may select a service, country/server option, and place an order when inventory and your wallet balance allow. Orders use statuses such as Pending, Queued, Active, Waiting for code, Code received, Completed, Cancelled, Expired, and Failed.
Concurrent open rentals are limited (currently up to 15 active numbers per account). Pricing shown at order time reflects live buy cost and applicable markup rules for your account.
5. Verification Services
RealNonVoIPUSNumber provides SMS verification-related rentals subject to provider availability, catalog enablement, and inventory. Availability, wait times, and success rates can vary. A successfully delivered OTP (Code received / Completed with OTP) means the requested verification delivery path for that order was fulfilled for refund purposes on the automatic path.
We do not guarantee that every order will succeed or that every third-party platform will accept a given number.
6. Account Balance and Payments
Orders are charged from your account wallet balance. You may fund the wallet through supported crypto deposit flows processed by our payment provider (Cryptomus). We store deposit and ledger records needed to credit balances; we do not store full payment-card numbers as part of the current deposit product.
Payment providers may apply their own terms when you complete a deposit on their pages.
7. Refunds and Credits
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. Eligible cancelled or expired orders with no OTP are typically credited back to wallet balance after confirmed cancellation. Completed OTP deliveries are generally not refunded on that automatic path.
8. Promotional Pricing and Custom Markup
Deposit bonuses, referral first-order discounts (when configured), and admin-set custom service markup overrides may change the amount charged for eligible activity. Promotional value is not a cash instrument and may be treated differently from purchased balance. Custom markup rules apply only to matching provider/service/server scopes for the designated user.
9. Acceptable Use
Use RealNonVoIPUSNumber only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not abuse providers, other users, or platform infrastructure. You must comply with applicable law and the terms of any third-party service you verify with.
10. Prohibited Activities
Without limitation, you must not:
- Use the platform for fraud, scams, phishing, or credential theft
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, APIs, or systems
- Distribute malware or conduct attacks against infrastructure
- Circumvent security controls, cancel locks, or rate limits
- Abuse providers, spam verification systems, or harass operators
- Expose API secrets publicly or share them in an insecure way
- Interfere with catalog, wallet, or order integrity
11. API and Developer Access
The Merchant API lets authenticated users manage catalog lookups, orders, balance checks, and related developer features documented at /api-docs/. API keys are hashed at rest; the full secret is shown once at creation or rotation. Webhooks may be configured for event delivery to your HTTPS endpoints.
Usage is rate-limited (currently about 60 requests per minute per API key unless server configuration changes). Do not intentionally bypass limits, scrape abusively, or probe unauthorized endpoints.
12. Service Availability
Providers and catalog services can be enabled or disabled by administrators. Maintenance, provider outages, inventory shortages, and technical issues may affect availability or delay delivery. We do not publish a guaranteed uptime percentage or guaranteed verification success rate.
13. Third-Party Providers
Orders are fulfilled through integrated SMS verification providers. Payment deposits, hosting, and email delivery may rely on third-party processors and infrastructure. Those parties may have their own terms. We do not publish provider credentials or private integration details in these Terms.
14. User Content and Communications
Support tickets and Contact form messages may include subjects, categories, and message text. Submit only lawful, accurate information needed for support. Do not include passwords, full API secrets, seed phrases, or payment credentials.
15. Intellectual Property
The RealNonVoIPUSNumber name, branding, website design, software, documentation, and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute protected materials except as expressly permitted. Third-party marks or materials remain owned by their respective holders.
16. Security and Abuse Prevention
We use reasonable measures such as authentication, CSRF protection, hashed credentials, API rate limiting, request logging, admin audit logs, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure. You must not attempt to defeat these protections.
17. Account Suspension and Termination
Accounts may be suspended (for example marked inactive or banned) or soft-deleted by administrators when needed for abuse, fraud, security, Terms violations, or operational integrity. Soft-deleted accounts preserve historical orders and ledger records for integrity and audit purposes.
End users do not currently have a self-service account-delete button. Contact support for closure requests. Outstanding orders and balances are handled under applicable order, refund, and administrative processes—we do not invent automatic balance forfeiture in these Terms.
18. Disclaimers
Services are provided subject to availability, provider performance, and these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular third-party platform’s acceptance of a number. Results depend on many factors outside our exclusive control.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RealNonVoIPUSNumber and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from use of the platform. Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction (if any) remain unaffected. We do not invent a specific contractual damages cap here.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold harmless RealNonVoIPUSNumber and its operators from claims arising out of your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of API credentials, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
22. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms when the product or legal needs change. Material updates are reflected by revising the Last Updated date (currently October 01, 2026). We do not promise individual email notice for every editorial change.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws that apply to the RealNonVoIPUSNumber service offering in the places where it is operated. The project configuration does not currently publish a specific corporate governing jurisdiction in code. For entity-level legal notices, contact support; we will not invent a jurisdiction on this page.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law. These Terms and the referenced policies constitute the primary agreement governing use of the service, subject to mandatory applicable law.
